The primary reasons for the failures included: agency cultures resistant to change and new ideas; inappropriate incentives for promotion; and a lack of cooperation between the FBI, CIA and the rest of the United States Intelligence Community.

One year later, the FBI decided to stop conducting bullet lead analyses. The FBI is organized into functional branches and the Office of the Director, which contains most administrative offices.

Procedural drama about the inner workings of the New York office of the FBI, bringing to bear all the Bureau's skills, intellect and mind-blowing technology to keep New York and the country safe.

After watching the first episode I'm reserving my opinion for this new series. The storyline was unoriginal and had obvious political undertones that are overdone.

The characters lacked passion with the exception of Ebonee Noel. She was the only actor who seemed like they actually liked their job. I'm reserving my opinion and will watch again next week.

Hoping it was first show jitters and the acting improves. If the obvious political undertones continue I'll move on from this show.
